Overview

The Association Anywhere education and certification module lets you effectively configure, manage and track member and customer participation in certification and training programs. The module automates many aspects of certification and training programs, improving the accuracy of your records and results. It is especially valuable for organizations that rely on third-party testing services, have ongoing continuing educational requirements — or any association interested in promoting and profiting from a compelling training curricula.

Certification Management

Tracks and manages member/customer participation and performance in certification and training programs, generates certification based on goals attainment, manages certification records and automates notifications.

  • Tracks all member/customer progress toward achieving certification milestones , spanning test results, fee payment, reference submissions, etc.
  • Associates continuing education credits (CEUs, CMEs, etc.) or continuing with events and automatically assigns credit based on attendance or other criteria you define.
  • Assigns credits to individuals or entire groups based on course participation.
  • Upload scores and assign credits based on performance.
  • Assignment of credits can be automated with a manual override for special circumstances (i.e., a participant leaves an event early).
  • Tracks credit history, including credits issued, test date, test type, score, result, rank or any other information important to your organization.
  • Credits and pre-requisites can be assigned to events and training programs.
  • Tracks which people take which courses for which credits.
  • Identifies members and other constituents who are authorized or certified as course instructors.
